You should download from the website the following documents and proceed as described below:

• General Conditions: All pages must be countersigned and the last page need to be stamped and signed by the legal representatives of the company;
• Standardized Information Form (SIF) in EUR: Document for opening an account in EUR. All pages must be countersigned and the last page need to be signed and stamped by the company representatives;
• Standardized Information Form (SIF) in USD: Document for opening an account in USD. All pages must be countersigned and the last page need to be signed and stamped by the company representatives;
• Corporate Entity Customer Information Form: To be filled and later signed and stamped by the legal representatives on the last page;
• Signature Form: The front page must be signed and stamped by the legal representatives of the company. Signatures must be entered, in the text box provided for that purpose, according to the individuals identification document of those with powers to perform operations;
• Individual with Powers to Perform Operations Form: Individual form for each person with powers to perform operations to be filled out and later signed on the last page by that person, as well as by the legal representatives of the company (with a stamp);
• Origin and destination of funds: To be filled out and signed and stamped by the legal representatives of the company.

You also need:

• Identification of all the individual and corporate entities that are part of the business structure of the business customer and who have management control.
• Identification of all the individuals with powers to perform operations in the account.
