All pages must be countersigned and the last page need to be signed and stamped by the company representatives;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Standardized Information Form (SIF) in USD:<\/strong> Document for opening an account in USD. All pages must be countersigned and the last page need to be signed and stamped by the company representatives;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Corporate Entity Customer Information Form:<\/strong> To be filled and later signed and stamped by the legal representatives on the last page;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signature Form:<\/strong> The front page must be signed and stamped by the legal representatives of the company.
