MDS, as an Insurance Broker, is authorised to receive premiums to be delivered to Insurers and to enter into contracts in their name and on their behalf, through agreements between the parties, and its intervention does not end with the conclusion of the insurance contract, but involves the provision of assistance throughout its duration. MDS does not assume coverage for risks, which are fully assumed by the Insurer.

Banco BNI Europa carries out the activity of insurance mediation, under the category of Insurance Agent and is duly authorized by the Insurance and Pension Funds Supervisory Authority to market insurance of all branches and pension funds, having been registered with the number 418459660.

Banco BNI Europa does not enter into contracts in the name or on behalf of the Insurance Companies, nor does it have the power to settle claims in the name and on behalf of the Insurance Companies. As an intermediary, BNI Europa does not assume any responsibility for the coverage of risks inherent to the contracts, (this guarantee being granted exclusively by the Insurance Companies subscribing to the contracts) and is not authorized to receive premiums or sums intended for the Insurance Companies with which it works.
