As an Insurance Broker, MDS is authorized to receive premiums for delivery to Insurers and to conclude contracts in their name and on their behalf, by means of agreements between the parties, and its intervention does not end with the conclusion of the insurance contract, involving the provision of assistance throughout its term. MDS does not assume the coverage of risks, which are fully assumed by the Insurer.

Banco BNI Europa does not enter into contracts in the name or on behalf of Insurance Companies, nor does it have Claims Settlement powers in the name or on behalf of Insurance Companies. As an intermediary, BNI Europa does not assume any responsibility for covering the risks inherent in the contracts (this guarantee is provided exclusively by the Insurance Companies underwriting the contracts) and is not authorized to receive premiums or sums intended for the Insurance Companies with which it works.
